When requesting to book your appointment, please allow 24 hours for the appointment to be accepted.
A non-refundable deposit is now required when booking an appointment. You will receive an invoice via email once your appointment has been accepted. This invoice must be paid within 48 hours of being sent in order to secure your appointment. This deposit does go towards your total, and the remaining balance is due at your appointment.
All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise discussed.
If your appointment is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, your deposit can be used towards a future appointment. The new appointment must be within 60 days of your initial appointment.
There is a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. Things happen unexpectedly, and I am very understanding of that. If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, please communicate that with me. I will try my best to still accommodate your appointment. Failure to communicate within an adequate amount of time, may result in your appointment being cancelled.
No additional guests are allowed, unless being serviced.
All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
For all "on-location" appointments, please assure that you are ready to be serviced when the artist arrives.
